Sam joined Storm Capital Partners in 2025. Prior to joining the team, Sam was the lead coverage across public and private equity for Utah School and Institutional Trust Funds Office (“SITFO”). From 2018 to 2021, Sam was a Research Analyst at Touchstone Investments covering all liquid asset classes as part of the Touchstone family of mutual funds and helped support the launch of their active ETF offerings. From 2014 to 2018, Sam was a Senior Research Analyst at Fund Evaluation Group on the Global Equity team providing manager selection and oversight, as well as the research support for product launches that met bespoke client needs within the endowments & foundations marketplace. From 2012 to 2013, Sam was a Securities Analyst at Meyer Capital Management, an independent RIA, focusing on security selection, trading, and portfolio management for private, HNW portfolios. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University. Sam is both a CFA Charterholder and CAIA Charterholder. Sam is an investment committee member for the Alpha Sigma Phi Foundation. ​
